About the Position
- The primary responsibility of this role is to prospect, contact, and win demos with outbound leads for key target accounts and help the sales team turn them into closed customers on SparkPlug
- Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demos and prioritize target accounts
- Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to maximize sales success
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets on monthly, quarterly, yearly basis
- Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor, and share performance-enhancing suggestions
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging sales opportunities and industry trends.
Requirements
Must Have- Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in SaaS sales outbound prospecting
- Tenacity and the willingness to pursue hard goals despite obstacles
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and equally excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility and creativity to circumvent obstacles as they emerge
- Tech savvy and proficiency in standard communication, collaboration, and task management tools
- Understanding of the fundamentals of sales strategy, relationship building, and pipeline processes

Nice to Have
- Experience using the Hubspot Sales and / or Marketing suites
- Experience selling software into retail or restaurant customer bases
- Experience working as a frontline employee in retail, restaurant, or service industry roles
- Experience working in early stage, high growth company environments
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
