Salesfolks is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Contractor for our client Elxo. As a Sales Contractor for Healthcare Technology Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding Elxo's presence in the healthcare technology industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential healthcare organizations that can benefit from our cutting-edge technology solutions. You will be the face of Elxo, building strong relationships, and presenting the value of our products to key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities in the hospital healthcare sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators and IT managers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our healthcare technology solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral materials
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology and software solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Benefits
Compensation:
- Commission payout is 20% per sale
- Monthly retainer of $7500 for 160 hours of work per month
- Average sales value ranges from $3500 to $25000
- Typical sell-in cycle time ranges from 2 to 7 months
Compensation: This role offers a competitive compensation package with a blend of a monthly retainer and commissions. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) is a minimum of $ 140,000 and higher depending on experience.
