At Freewyld Foundry, we help short-term rental hosts and operators excel in a competitive market through done-for-you revenue & pricing management.
Many short-term rental owners are passionate about their properties and servicing their guests, but they aren’t experienced with the nuances of pricing analyses and revenue management.
We’re working with short-term rental owners who have 20-200+ listings and $1M+ in annual revenue. We help them optimize their revenue, enhance guest experiences, and drive sustainable growth using data-driven strategies and industry-leading practices.
Mission/Purpose:
The Revenue Manager will play a major role in delivering our short-term rental business owners tangible, impactful results.
This person will be working directly on analysis that leads to actionable wins for our clients. The Revenue Manager will be working with CEOs of short-term rental companies and owning Freewyld Foundry’s relationship with them.
Accountabilities:
- Implement custom revenue management strategies for client accounts (up to 10 accounts) and analyze data to uncover insights that inform pricing strategies
- Onboard new client accounts
- Adjust nightly rates to maximize revenue, respond to real-time market trends, drive increases on each client’s portfolio
- Advise clients on improvements in marketing and operations and build and maintain strong client relationships (weekly check-in calls and daily communication via Slack)
- Propose optimizations to the Revenue Management department to improving pricing strategies and collaborate with our team for continuous improvement

Requirements
What technical knowledge do you have to perform in your role?
Required
- Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Google Suite
- Zoom (or similar video conferencing software)
Preferred
- ClickUp (or similar project management software)
- Slack (or similar internal messaging software)
- ActiveCampaign (or similar CRM software)
- Dynamic pricing software (such as PriceLabs or Wheelhouse)
Qualifications (Must haves):
- Experience in a revenue management or business analytics position
Qualifications (Nice to haves):
- Quantitative-based degree (ex. mathematics, statistics, economics, econometrics, data analytics, business analytics)
- Experience with revenue management for a short-term rental company, hotel, or airline
Pay range: $60,000 - $75,000 + bonus
