With our headquarters in California and operations all over the world, Jacuzzi Group has been providing innovative wellness solutions for over 65 years. Our products are available globally, with our primary customers being specialty retail, big-box, and internet retailers.

Jacuzzi will be opening their very own retail space in Chino, CA and is seeking an experienced Retail Showroom Manager to oversee the brand new operation of our Jacuzzi Group Outlet in Chino, CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to launch and lead a high-profile location with the potential to evolve into a multi-store leadership position as we expand our retail presence across the Inland Empire region.

The ideal candidate will showcase outstanding operational insight, effective leadership skills, and a dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all elements of the Chino showroom to guarantee seamless daily operations.
  • Implement strategies to meet sales and profitability objectives, all while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
  • Oversee inventory levels to guarantee product accessibility and effective stock management.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates and support staff.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.
  • Manage store budgets, including payroll, operational expenses, and marketing activities.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to assist in opening additional stores in the Inland Empire region.

Compensation: starting at $100,000 annual salary + bonus

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-value or luxury goods environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing or opening multiple retail locations.
  • Knowledge of the spa, wellness, or luxury goods industry.
