Residential Service Electrician

We are looking for a full-time Service Electrician with residential and commercial experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience doing estimates and jobs, can assist with scheduling, follow-up calls, troubleshooting, and walkthroughs. This position is full-time, primarily in the field with some office work, working directly with the Superintendent and CEO.

Job Responsibilities:

Essential job duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist customers with various electrical needs, from installations to repairs
• Conduct service estimates
• Walkthroughs on service jobs
• Assist with pricing on jobs
• Service Scheduling with office
• Follow-up and provide troubleshooting on jobs
• Responsible for completing contract jobs
• Maintenance on jobs
• Upsell jobs
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in residential/commercial electrical work.
• Provide high quality work and excellent customer service.
• Electrical expertise to include mastery of the electrical trade including installation in new construction setting and remodels, job planning and layout, read blueprints, run conduit, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control / testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of the NEC (National Electric Code) and OSHA safety standards

Compensation: $35 - $38/hour, DOE

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Housecall Pro app is a bonus, but not required.
• Ability to interact with individuals on a professional basis.
• Must hold a valid Driver License and have reliable transportation.
• Be willing to travel, work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to perform physical duties (lifting, walking, climbing, bending, and leaning for extended periods of time)
