Full Job Description

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Reproductive Endocrinologist in Los Angeles, CA.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Reproductive Endocrinologist Physician to join our team. The successful candidate will be board certified or board eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat reproductive disorders and infertility.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including fertility medications, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and surgical interventions.
  • Perform procedures such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), and egg retrieval.
  • Monitor patients throughout treatment cycles, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Educate patients on reproductive health and fertility, including lifestyle modifications and fertility preservation.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, embryologists, and genetic counselors.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients throughout their fertility journey.
  • Participate in research and clinical trials related to reproductive medicine.

Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school. (MD or DO)
  • Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
  • Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility or OBGYN.
  • Active medical license in the state of California or willingness to obtain a California license. 
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices in reproductive medicine.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
