Full Job Description
The Repairs Systems Coordinator will work closely with the repairs team and external vendors to coordinate the Dynamics 365 system enhancements. They will assist in gathering requirements, communicating needs to vendors, and running basic reports using Power BI to support repair operations. In addition, this individual will understand and support the repairs customer service life cycle to help track and resolve incoming customer inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the tracking and monitoring of enhancement progress to ensure they meet specified requirements
- Assist in testing system enhancements and providing feedback to ensure alignment with business needs
- Generate and maintain basic Power BI reports to provide insights into repair operations
- Communicate updates and changes to the customer service team
- Address basic system-related inquiries and issues from the repairs team
- Build sustainable relationships with customers by providing updates promptly
- Assist with incoming customer inquiries and gain a comprehensive understanding of the repairs customer service process
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders through the D365 tool
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a repairs or technical environment
- Experience in a customer service or support environment
- Basic familiarity with operational business systems
- Knowledge of data visualization tools or basic data reporting experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is 22 to 27.25 however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
