Remote Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to discuss their insurance needs.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about product offerings and answer client queries.
• Assess clients' situations and present tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding company values and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and trust with potential clients.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
