Full-Time Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are excited to announce a full-time remote opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within our outpatient clinic. You will provide telehealth services to individuals struggling with mental health issues, employing various therapeutic modalities. Your role will be essential in delivering compassionate care and promoting holistic health strategies among our patients.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Delivers remote counseling and crisis intervention for patients, assessing and treating various emotional and behavioral problems through online sessions.
• Consults and coordinates with families or support systems remotely regarding client treatment and discharge plans.
• Communicates with physicians digitally to relay information about patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or real issues.
• Ensures accurate and timely electronic documentation, including clinical and progress notes, in line with department policy.
• Collaborates with remote healthcare team members to formulate treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments and accepted social work strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state licensure as LCSW.
• You have 2 year or more of experience in providing telehealth services.
• Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized;
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office;
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
