Full Job Description

The role of the Regional Cx Lead is critical to the success of the FPC global growth strategy, providing leadership, full commercial accountability, management, technical-related consultancy, and commissioning processes in their field of expertise to our clients. 

The position represents FPC in delivering services to our clients and when working with industry partners and suppliers, so will maintain the highest standards of technical and professional performance, and conduct themself with honesty and integrity at all times.

In addition to client-facing roles and responsibilities, as the Regional  Lead, you will be expected to be an active member to make a positive contribution to the development of the team and wider FPC business, working effectively with all colleagues to successfully deliver projects and support FPC’s business objectives.

Requirements

Working as an integral part of the FPC BPS Leadership Team, reporting to BPS Global Lead, the core responsibilities of the Regional  Lead are as follows:

  • Fulfil the legal duties and responsibilities as Regional Lead of business line
    • Promoting company culture, constitution and success of the company
    • Making Independent judgement
    • Exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence
    • Avoid conflicts of interest for personal benefits
    • Keeping true company records
    • Provide leadership to FPC personnel through effective objective-setting, delegation and communication
    • Be aware of, and manage, all challenges to the FPC strategy and implement effective risk management as required
    • Actively participate in FPC’s global leadership team objectives to enhance the FPC global brand
    • Identify, interview and recruit staff as required for delivery of FPC growth objectives
    • Encourage and facilitate a culture of trust, enjoyment and innovation

The immediate day-to-day responsibilities will be to manage and deliver successfully key accounts or projects, in a manner that will allow sustained long-term growth.

  • Manage the delivery, on time and to achieve desired margins, of programs of work, projects, and services in accordance with the Proposal, Scope of Work (SoW), and/or Engagement Letter, together with any other relevant client-side documents
  • Proactively identifying, developing and supporting business development opportunities for their business line as well as for the wider FPC business as a whole.  This may include accessing their professional network to seek potential leads/opportunities that may be relevant to not just their business line, but any of the broader integrated services offered by FPC.
  • Lead and manage their business line team, in the assigned region.
  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives and work proactively with Leadership, the client(s), and other stakeholders to meet and deliver them
  • Support, advise, and collaborate on the latest technologies, initiatives and solutions, processes and standards for FPC and our clients 
  • Providing strategic technical and industry expertise to develop their business line
  • Contribute to the identification, development and taking to market of the business line as part of FPC’s Integrated Services market offering 
  • Positively contribute to the development of the team and wider FPC business, working effectively with all FPC colleagues to successfully deliver projects and support FPC’s business objectives
  • Represent FPC in a professional manner both internally and externally and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction for all work performed
  • Maintain expertise, knowledge and understanding of industry trends, developments and initiatives
