We are searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant to join our Corporate HR Department. Reporting to our HR & Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process for new infant caregivers, preschool teachers, and educators. In addition to managing our ATS and overseeing tracking and budgeting, this role provides time for collaboration with Program Directors and Department Heads on hiring campaigns and community outreach. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our programs while working in a highly rewarding environment.
As a Recruiting Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing applicant tracking system and working closely with Directors on school hiring needs
- Overseeing full-cycle recruiting including pre-screenings and scheduling interviews
- Monitoring job platforms and recruiting budgets
- Assisting in posting job advertisements
- Heading hiring events and community outreach efforts
- Assisting in the onboarding and orientation process for new employees
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department
This position will begin as a hybrid role during the 2-3 month training period with the potential of becoming primary remote.
Compensation: $25-30 per hour depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

Requirements
What you bring to the organization:
- 2 years of related experience required
- Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must take initiative and have a "get it done" attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills – this is a team that gets things done and supports each other
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emotional intelligence
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems
- An eagerness to learn and grow!
- Experience in the Education Management Industry is a big plus; a passion for early education is a must!
