Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit for all job openings, including M3 MEP, M3 Service and M3 Components hiring needs
  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with construction professionals
  • Proactively Identify potential talent that meets Mark III’s Core Values
  • Post jobs to external job boards
  • Move candidates through the applicant tracking system. Currently utilizing WORKALBE for talent pool.
  • Check in with field teams at job sites to gain insight on potential talent and training opportunities
  • Work with current field team on employee referrals, as well as employee engagement
  • Meet up with potential recruits off site as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Set up testing for MEP skill trades candidates
  • Attend career fairs and other local recruiting events
  • Create and send out offer letters
  • Conduct Orientations and Onboarding w/New Hire Assessments
  • Manage Trello for new hires
  • Send welcome and reminder emails to new hires
  • Maintain Referral Program spreadsheet

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Recruiting/Sourcing experience with construction recruiting experience is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • High energy with a lot of drive
  • Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, and outlook
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel to various project sites
  • Clean driving record

Hourly Wage: $20/hour - $25/hour DOE
