The Account Manager will manage and grow key client relationships within the recruiting agency. They will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and help match them with the right candidates. The Account Manager will also be responsible for account planning, sales forecasting, and account management. This is a contract to hire role, with the objective of hiring a full time team member. To be a successful Recruiting Consultant, you must be resourceful, have strong personal initiative, and be a fantastic judge of character. You will not just be reading resumes. You must look beyond that and read people.
This is a relationship focused sales position; the harder you work, the more results you will see.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various job roles within client organizations.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, cultures, and talent needs to effectively match candidates with job opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, managing expectations and providing regular updates to both parties.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their ongoing staffing requirements and providing exceptional account management.
- Manage end-to-end, full life-cycle executive recruitment for clients
- Partner closely with clients to design and provide tailored service, build and execute a recruitment strategy
- Responsible for managing effective internal recruiting team deliveries and measuring success with external recruitment partners
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies and grow and maintain an accessible network and pipeline of qualified, external candidates
- Provide outstanding client/staff experience/service delivery in EOR service
- Own executive recruitment reporting and ensure accurate tracking of hiring funnels and data
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant activities to expand the agency's presence and professional network.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales and account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- 2+ years experience at a recruiting agency
- Bachelor's degree
