Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sellers to develop effective strategies for promoting properties and attracting advantageous offers
- Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to provide tailored solutions
- Utilize various marketing techniques, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services, to drive sales
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and best practices in the industry
- Showcase properties to potential buyers and address any questions or concerns
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Proven track record of successful sales in real estate
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
- Familiarity with MS Office suite
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years old or above
