Brian Maser, one of the top agents in the State of California and the owner of Maser Condo Sales is looking to hire someone that would like stability and long term growth in their career. If you are interested in becoming a professional and proactive executive assistant that shadows Brian, truly his right hand, helping manage his client and sales pipeline, oversee business operations and getting your hands dirty with day to day operations and marketing needs. Are you detail-oriented and organized, very hard-working, have a sense of urgency about everything but stay cool, always? Does strategy and efficiency turn you on? If you are coachable, growth mindset oriented, and have excellent, proven communication skills, this role is for you.


Starting Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 with bonuses up to 6 figures.


Responsibilities:

Help Brian and his team increase revenue by managing leads and sales pipeline

Assist in managing listings, opening of escrows, coordinating all showings with agents and buyers, inspections, prep for sale renovations, request for repair corrections

Manage a busy calendar, making sure all timing and logistical details are in place to maximize efficiency, productivity and ensure business goals are being met.

Serve as a gatekeeper for Agent Prep research and notes for any meetings and presentations.

Manage the project management system, updating Agent regularly and proactively

Organize and manage priorities on a daily, weekly, and yearly basis

Amplify and improve agent’s external marketing

Communicate directly with clients, vendors, partners, and other high-level stakeholders

Handle any business or personal tasks that arise in an effort to free up Agent’s time to focus on revenue-producing activities

Manage and take part in all marketing activities, social media and website/listing updates

Requirements

Qualifications:

At least 2+ years minimum experience in a Real Estate Sales/Brokerage environment

At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or experience performing supportive duties

Great on the phone and in person communicator

Mailchimp

Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) *or quick learner

Social Media (Facebook/Instagram)

WordPress *or quick learner

Bookkeeping

Dropbox

MLS (or quick learner)
