Real Estate Attorney

Direct Counsel has partnered with an AmLaw 200 law firm to locate an associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience for its Real Estate business unit in San Diego, CA. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely two days per week. All candidates must have experience in commercial and/or residential real estate litigation, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience.

Requirements

• Experience in landlord/tenant litigation and fair housing defense/advice and counsel strongly preferred.
• A strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school, and excellent advocacy, analytical and writing skills are also required.
• Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, possess a solid work ethic and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualified candidates must also have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of California.
