Radiology Operations

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to lead our Radiology Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiology operations, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Manage staff and ensure that they are properly trained and certified
• Ensure that all radiology equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure that they receive the highest quality of care
• Work with other departments to improve patient care and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
