Position Overview: As a Quantitative Analyst, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing quantitative models and strategies to support various aspects of our business, including risk management, trading, investment, and pricing. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Model Development: Develop quantitative models and algorithms to analyze financial markets, assess risk, and optimize trading strategies.
  2. Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for investment.
  3. Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques and time-series analysis to model financial data, forecast market trends, and estimate risk factors.
  4. Algorithmic Trading: Design and implement algorithmic trading strategies to execute trades efficiently and profitably in financial markets.
  5. Risk Management: Assess and manage portfolio risk through quantitative risk models and analytics, including value-at-risk (VaR) and stress testing.
  6. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of quantitative models and strategies, conducting backtesting and performance attribution analysis.
  7. Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in quantitative finance, financial mathematics, and computational methods, and explore innovative approaches to quantitative analysis.
  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong quantitative skills, with expertise in mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and programming.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, MATLAB, or C++, and experience with quantitative libraries and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies, with a strong understanding of quantitative finance concepts.
  • Experience with quantitative modeling techniques such as time-series analysis, regression analysis, and machine learning.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
