About Steri-Tek:

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Quality Specialist I to join our team at our Fremont, CA facility. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday daytime schedule.

The Quality Specialist I will be responsible for ensuring Steri-Tek is compliant with all applicable regulatory standards (FDA and DEA) including ISO 13485 and 11137, and that all Quality Systems Procedures are followed, respond to customer inquiries relating to Quality questions, perform quality assurance inspections within strict deadlines for medical device batch records, and maintain good housekeeping of database. The Quality Specialist I will also assist in activities required to maintain the effectiveness of the Steri-Tek Quality System.

Requirements

Here’s what our you will bring to the team:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to effectively read, write and verbally communicate in English
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Team player mentality - willing to work with others across the business
• Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision
• Willingness to undergo training in all processing operations
• Ability to report accidents and errors to the leadership team
• Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities

The compensation range outlined is based on a talent budgeted base salary. Individual base salary depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skills, interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Steri-Tek offers additional compensation in the form of benefit premiums, 401k matching, and On-Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year.
