Praytell is hiring a PR intern to join our growing team in Los Angeles!

Overview:
- Date: Tuesday, May 14 - Friday, August 30
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm local time (Must be able to commit to 35-40 hours/week)
- Location: LA (You may be required to go into the LA office 1-2x/week. We are located at 1370 N St Andrews Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90028)
- Pay: $19/hour (You will also be eligible for overtime pay)
- Post Internship: Please note, while this internship can lead to a full-time position, it is not guaranteed and will be based on employee performance and company need.
As a PR Intern, you will be:
- Supporting PR account teams across lifestyle, wellness, travel, food/bev and technology
- Taking a first pass at drafting press releases, blogs and bylines, building media lists, pitching stories to media and monitoring for coverage
- Shipping client product to media and influencers
- Participating in client and internal team meetings, drafting agendas, taking notes and circulating action items
- Keeping team dashboards and activity trackers up to date
- Researching competitor brands, target audiences and industry trends
- Supporting social media and influencer teams as needed
Requirements
Experience you have:
- No experience required. This is an opportunity for you to immerse yourself and gain real life experience working with the industry’s best! (Bonus points if you have prior agency or relevant school work experience, but not required.)
- You either aren't currently attending school or you must have already graduated or be graduating in May/June 2024.
