We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team. The Clinical Psychologist will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of clinical care through supervision, training, and direct support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Clinical Supervision:

- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to staff and interns, ensuring adherence to regulatory board requirements.

- Ensure clinical associates operate within the limits of their training and experience.

- Co-sign assessments, client plans, discharge summaries, and other clinical documents as required by governing boards.

Staff Meetings and Consultation:

- Participate in and contribute to clinical staff meetings, providing group clinical supervision and consultation.

- Regularly meet with and consult the Program Director, offering guidance on clinical issues and service delivery.

- Assist the Program Director and staff as needed on clinical matters.

Training and Development:

- Develop and implement an internship training program, including facilitating training seminars, group supervision, and evidence-based practices consultation during multidisciplinary team meetings.

- Provide comprehensive clinical trainings covering a range of topics from advanced clinical disciplines to essential interaction skills such as differential diagnosis, documentation, communication, and team building.

Regulatory Compliance and Knowledge:

- Stay current on changes in professional licensing laws affecting supervised disciplines and disseminate relevant information regarding legal and ethical issues.

- Ensure that all clinical activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Clinical Services and Program Support:

- Provide clinical input to enhance the services provided by the program.

- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and partners.

- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.

- Valid license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.

- 3-5 years of clinical experience, particularly with adults with developmental disabilities.

- Prior experience in clinical supervision and training.

- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and professional standards.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in clinical documentation and use of relevant software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
