CTTX Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psych Acute Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Psych Acute RN, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients in an inpatient acute care setting.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' mental health conditions in an inpatient acute care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and emotional support to patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to patient care.
