The job:
We seek a proactive and flexible Property Manager to join our team. This role will require frequent travel between properties in the greater Los Angeles area, assisting with inspections, tenant management, move-ins/move-outs, and more. We want to hear from you if you're a resourceful, service-oriented individual with a "can-do" attitude and strong time management skills!

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections, including move-ins and move-outs
- Manage showings and assist with tenant relations
- Coordinate work orders and follow up on service requests
- Assist with market research and property evaluations
- Act as the eyes and ears of the Senior Property Manager, ensuring smooth operations
- Upload photos, manage admin tasks, and provide support to the team
- Drive between properties as needed
Essential Skills:
- Strong customer service skills and experience resolving tenant concerns
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions based on Standard Operating Procedures
- Positive attitude and desire to provide top-tier service to tenants
- Ability to manage time effectively, juggling multiple properties and priorities
Requirements
- California Real Estate License
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel regularly across Los Angeles
- Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, OneSite, or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
