Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the storage facility, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all tenants, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including tenant leases, financial transactions, and maintenance logs.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition and timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing Storage Etc in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.
