Full Job Description
Join a growing Southern California-based construction company as a Project Superintendent!
The first project the superintendent will be tasked with is leading a $20+ MM ground up DSA build in Orange County.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Creates As-Built drawings
- Communicates buyout needs notification to Purchasing
- Creates CPM Schedule Baseline and Updates
- Submits Daily Report and conducts daily Safety Meeting
- Manages permits
- Submits Weekly Photo Reports
- Creates Punch List and Site Specific Safety Plan
- Conducts Subcontract Coordination, Meetings, and Review
- Coordinates Temporary Facilities
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant construction experience
- DSA project experience required
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Suites
- OSHA 10
