This role will be remote.
What you will do:
- Facilitate the New Product Readiness process for various feature and product launches to ensure that our support network is prepared to support our members.
- Provide project management support for various initiatives within the Member Experience department including expanding our channel offering, improving dashboard analytics, and streamlining internal tooling and processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to promote automation, self service, and efficiency in all tools and processes.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the needs of our members and agents through hands-on learning and collaboration with subject matter experts.

- Implement organizational changes to ensure that team standard operating procedures meet or exceed minimum standards of regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Represent the voice of Oura members and the MX organization in cross functional initiatives.
- Utilize your skills in change management to guide the MX department through organizational and structural changes without negatively impacting the experience of the member.
- Partner with data analytics specialists to provide a clear understanding of company needs and project return on investment.
- Keep team leadership informed and involved with ongoing projects through weekly progress reports and timely ad hoc communication.
- Create business cases to the utilization of resources outside of the MX department in order to achieve MX department goals and initiatives.
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team, if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management, product management or equivalent experience
- Proven results leading projects with competing resources and priorities
- Previous experience working on consumer products
- Experience in capacity planning, forecasting, real-time management, and reporting
- Hands-on analytical experience and innate curiosity to identify trends and patterns using cloud-based analytics tools (e.g, Tableau, Snowflake, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working with project management software such as Jira and Confluence.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
