Full Job Description
Responsible for proactively owning and managing assigned client accounts and projects from a technical perspective for any applicable phases of the work process: planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment.
This position requires advanced customer service and technical support abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high professionalism, the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, and self-motivation.
Essential Functions
- Own and administer multiple client relationships from inception to project completion
- Understand short and long-term client goals and objectives as they relate to Treeline
- Regularly communicate with assigned accounts, set expectations and negotiate priorities appropriately
- Collaborate with developers to identify and assess project risks
- Lead and manage resources to execute the scope of work and achieve project objectives
- Clearly communicate task items, issues, and expectations to team members and third-party contractors
- Utilize project management tools with task and issue ticket tracking: Atlassian, Tempo, TeamGantt, Aha! etc.
- Proactively manage, measure, and track both development and client tickets
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports
- Recognize and communicate the effects and impacts of feature development
- Ensure that clients know how to use the services and provide assistance if necessary
- Answer the client’s questions and ensure their issues are resolved; provide break/fix support
- Document, track, and support compliance with clients’ Service Level Agreements
- Recognize revenue opportunities and communicate them with the team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Working with teams overseas is a plus
- Account management or sales experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
