We are looking for a dynamic and tenured Project Manager with a strong background in transportation civil engineering to join our tight-knit and hard working team in Newport Beach. This role involves leading a talented team of engineers, overseeing projects from inception to completion, engaging directly with clients, managing budgets, and being highly involved in the field. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions and enjoy working in a collaborative and energetic environment, this position is perfect for you!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation project management
• Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to work a hybrid onsite work model

• Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000 based on location, skills, experience, and performance
