Project Manager

Monarch Home Services is looking for a HVAC Project Manager that is self-driven with excellent customer

service skills, team player, communication skills and able to multi-task. Must be willing to work in a fast-

paced, dynamic environment, highly organized, and accustomed to working diligent.

Requirements

The role requires good communication with Operation Manager, who is diligent, values accuracy and has

a good eye for detail, and is flexible, positive and good at juggling priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive/coordinate new business across all production lines meet objectives
• Notifies customers of specials
• Schedule Installs in a timely manner
• Able to draw basic diagrams for required projects
• Update customer files daily
• All administrative duty involved in building projects

• Maintain a 5 day outlook schedule
• Ensure all reports are submitted on time and accurately
• Quality control check all installs
• Monitor current customers and new customers with pricing, production, and merchandising techniques.
• Obtained orders so as to meet sales objectives
• Demonstrates dedication and commitment to provide customers and co-workers with products and services that fully conform to establish requirements
• Provides business management
• Obtains orders so as to meet sales objectives

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years industry, sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry
• High School Diploma
• Forward thinking, organized, efficiency minded, and detail oriented
• Good communication skills with some negotiating experience
• Familiar with Microsoft office Word/ Excel/Outlook
• Enthusiastic and driven, with a desire to learn and progress
• Must be “hands-on” and assist in completing maintenance work
• Provides recommendations on products baseline, savings assumptions forecasts
