Are you passionate about talent development and helping employees reach their full potential? Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join a Learning & Development team in health care. As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing learning programs to support the growth and development of their employees in LA.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess training needs and identify learning objectives.
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, including curriculum, materials, and assessments.
- Manage the delivery of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to facilitators and trainers.
- Maintain and update learning management systems and other training platforms.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
- Lead and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including program design and management.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs.
- Experience with learning management systems and other training platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing a team of learning and development professionals.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent development.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively problem-solve.
- HR certification (e.g., CPLP) is a plus.
