Role Summary:
TEAM is looking for a Product Owner who is a strong team-leader capable of delivering innovative solutions to complex problems for our tech-enabled service business. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our technical product vision and strategy. Your primary goal will be to co-create the roadmap and buy in, then lead delivery of new product offerings on time to our clients and internal teams by creating and managing the product backlog.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the Systems Product Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company’s business objectives using Salesforce and other tools and systems
- Oversee end-to-end product development process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release. Ensure this is done on time and within budget
- Work closely with Co-Presidents, VP of Private Family Services, Systems Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Business Analysts, Service Team Members, and other Executive Team members to align strategic priorities with product offerings
- Lead and inspire a technical team, providing clear direction, setting priorities each sprint, and support in the delivery of high-quality solutions
- Conduct market research, analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify trends and potential gaps in our current offerings; incorporate into product planning
Requirements
What you’ll need to know/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management or related field
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Extremely strong communication, people management, and change management skills
- Strong ability to develop stakeholder relationships and create an environment of full transparency, encouraging both stakeholders and team members to continuously provide feedback to you
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Action-orientation balanced with people-first care and attention to detail on downstream impacts
- Salesforce product owner experience is preferred but not required

This role is based in California. The California salary range for this position is $80,000-$130,000.
