Product Manager (Hybrid)

Job Overview:

Curenta is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing product enhancements. This is a hybrid position that entails working both remotely and on-site.

Product Manager, Responsibilities:

• Lead the product planning and execution process, including defining the product roadmap and strategy
• Collect and analyze customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launches
• Translate user needs and business goals into product requirements and specifications
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between stakeholders on product vision, goals, and key milestones
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products
• Identify and prioritize product and feature enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in successfully launching and managing products throughout the entire lifecycle
• Ability to work both remotely and on-site at our Egypt headquarters
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Previous experience in the software industry is a plus
