Product Lead - Blockchain

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Product Lead - Blockchain. This role requires the candidate to reside in the United States. Team members are expected to work in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area at least 75% of the time.

What you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and prioritize features that align with market needs and drive adoption
• Conduct extensive market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product-market fit and inform product decisions
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and ensures market growth
• Work closely with the engineering and design team to define and maintain a lean, iterative product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact features
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success, user engagement, and market penetration
• Facilitate rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making to optimize the product and ensure market fit
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and address technical challenges and constraints early in the development process
• Communicate product progress, insights, and learnings to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in
• Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, ensuring that user needs and feedback are at the forefront of product development
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in decentralized systems and AI to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful developer tools from 0 to 1

Based 75% onsite in San Francisco

Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

Experience with GPU computing, distributed systems, or AI inference services
