About You
We are looking for a talented and passionate UI Designer to join our team as the first dedicated UI/Product Designer. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the user experience and interface design of our cutting-edge AI platform. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance our product's usability and overall user experience. <> You will also have the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and CTO to help define the product vision.

- Create both high-fidelity and low-fidelity designs that effectively communicate concepts and user interactions.
- Ability to fully understand the product as a whole, not just the design.
- Strong ownership towards building a great product experience and driving it with the engineering team to put into production.
- Leverage a foundational understanding of computer science to bridge the gap between design and development.
- Experience handling complex projects with overlapping organizational lines
- Champion user empathy and adopt a user-centered design approach to deliver impactful solutions.
- Successfully navigate and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive project success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design strategy, making our products user-centric and intuitive.
- Work closely with product leaders (CEO & CTO) and engineers to bring user needs to life.
- Conduct research on product, competition and best practices to design and implement industry standard best practices.
- Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to continuously improve our product.
- Own the design process from concept to final execution.
- Identify and address inefficiencies to enhance our product development.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of work experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction design and visual design skills. Experience with B2B enterprise products is a plus.
- Hands-on rapid prototyping and dynamic UI/UX design for web and mobile applications is a bare minimum for this role.
- Expertise in either Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Illustrator or any other design tools necessary for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- You enjoy learning continuously and can absorb complex domain related concepts quickly and effectively. Databases, LLM, ML models, predictive analytics etc will be the jargon you'll have to speak and understand.
- Knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, particularly in AI and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong critical thinking skills to deconstruct and solve complex issues.
- Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership and drive projects.
- Having a strong community presence and contribution is a plus.
