Obran Health is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to join our Center of Excellence team for our Home and Community business. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving operational excellence and improving patient outcomes through the development, implementation, and management of various process improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations, you will be a core member of Obran Health’s Home and Community Center of Excellence Team. Together, this team powers continuous improvement in our operational processes and clinical performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we're hoping you have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives and/or project management efforts. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus, but we’re open to learning about any methodology you use.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, that you can leverage to jump in and hit the ground running working with a strong working knowledge of and experience navigating the healthcare field.
  • Aptitude for following and interpreting regulatory and accreditation standards to keep organizations in compliance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations to diverse teams and key stakeholders, as well as developing clear, concise written documentation such as SOPs and job aids.
  • Excellent data analysis skills to support ongoing measurement of continuous improvement efforts
  • Proven ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills to guide change management efforts
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • This role can be fully remote, with up to 5% travel. It can also be hybrid if candidate lives within commuting distance of our offices in Pleasanton, CA (SF Bay Area) or Torrance, CA (South Bay LA).
  • The compensation range for this position is $70,000-$90,000/year

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, net disposable income, and performance. The range listed is one component of Obran’s total compensation package for employees/members.
