Lead the continuous improvement programs, deploying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost-efficiency. Collaborate to lead impactful process improvements, and foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma principles through training programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects to enhance site processes and deliver value to customers, employees, and the company.

• Implement AeroLean Production System Standards, including 5S, Operator Standard Work, Problem Solving, VSMs, Poka Yoke, Visual Management, Kanban, and Pull systems.

• Lead development in continuous improvement concepts and methodologies.

• Facilitate strategic agreement of goals and projects within the leadership team.

• As a motivated agent, coaching and influencing at all organizational levels.

• Report on continuous improvement workshops and cost-saving programs.

• Develop ad-hoc teams for rapid problem-solving.

• Manage a small team of Lean/Six Sigma Engineers.

• Lead site cost/productivity improvement programs.

• Foster a culture of improvement and collaboration.

Must have

• 5-10 years in manufacturing operations management/process engineering management/quality management

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt (must be "certified", not "completed")

• Bachelor of Science degree in STEM or related field

• U.S. Citizenship/Permanent Residency
