As a Physical Therapist at CTTX Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment plans to help patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment interventions based on patient progress
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on exercises and self-care techniques
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

Requirements:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy theories, techniques, and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
