Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you will assess and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of various ages, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient’s unique functional abilities.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies that address individual needs.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on effective exercises and strategies for home care.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment progress, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with EMR software preferred.
