Full-time Physical Therapist

We are looking for a compassionate Full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. In this role, you will assess patients’ physical conditions and create individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and alleviating pain. You will employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and patient education, to promote recovery and enhance quality of life. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care and support to patients on their path to wellness.

Salary: $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits and health insurance
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Patients Volume is 1-2 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Administer the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
• Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients progress and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week.
• Notify physical therapist or Director of any equipment failures and/or lack of supplies
• Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
• Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
• Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
• New grads are welcome!
