Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist – Full-Time Role Available.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed PT who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, with a competitive benefits package.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 Pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 per Hour

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Types of Patients: Young Adults to Geriatric Patients from 21 years old to 85 year old +

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment strategies.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote healing, mobility, and strength.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, safety, and ongoing care.
• Document patient responses and outcomes, adjusting plans as needed for continued progress.
• Participate in team discussions to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current CA Physical Therapist License.
• DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
