We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our thriving orthopedic outpatient office. Your role will be pivotal in helping patients restore mobility and achieve their personal best. Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess patients' goals and needs effectively.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour.
• Utilize your orthopedic outpatient experience to provide high-quality therapy.
• Design and implement cost-effective treatment plans to improve patient's mobility.
• Offer alternative therapies to minimize medication and surgical needs.
• Create personalized fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Deliver evidence-based care and interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
• Encourage and motivate patients to optimize their functioning during therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and care services accurately.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions.
• In-depth knowledge of orthopedic physical therapy practices.
• Exceptional manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for patient-centered care and continuous professional growth.
