Full-time Physical Therapist

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking to add to our team a Full Time Physical Therapist. Our mission is to empower individuals in our community with Orthopedic issues. We help our patients build their physical resilience, so that they can perform in areas of life that are of significance to them. We have created a Patient First practice, which means we believe in and execute on building long lasting relationships with our patients through trust, respect, and good communication. We believe that what is right for the patient, is right for our providers, and right for the business. 

Salary: $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Patient Volume: 1-2 Patients an hours

Key Responsibilities

• Build individualized treatment plans based on the most up to date practices
• Performs in an ethical manner in accordance with the APTA’s professional Code of Ethics.
• Evaluates assigned patients and establishes appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs.
• Provides comprehensive goal-directed patient treatment to maximize patient outcomes.
• Coordinates treatment program needs with other practitioners and community resources as appropriate.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Ability to appropriately interact with patients, parents/guardians, and healthcare professionals in all work related situations.
• Accepting newly grads that are willing to be trained.
