Full-Time Physical Therapists
Job Summary: We are looking for a PT to join our rapidly expanding team of Physical Therapists who are looking to push the envelope in the profession. Team members enjoy a great work dynamic including room for professional development and growth. Our practices focus not only on advanced ortho and sports rehab but also provide injury prevention, performance training, wellness and fitness classes, and recovery. Enjoy full hour long appointments with your patients without the headache of managing aides and support staff.
Salary: We offer a Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 2-3 weeks PTO time, $1,500 for CME annual allowance an bonuses.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM
Patient Volume: 8-12 patients a day
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs
Conditions We Treat: Lower Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, Knee Pain, Chronic Pain, Elbow Pain, Neck Pain, Osteoarthritis
Types of Patients: Young Adults to Geriatric Patients from 21 years old to 85 year olds+
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve patients' range of motion, muscle strength, and functional ability
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and educate patients on proper exercise techniques and strategies for self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure effective outcomes for patients
- Stay current with new techniques and advancements in the field of physical therapy to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications
- Must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
- Certified in CPR and first aid
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
