Position Highlights:
- Salary: $110,000k - $125,000k annually
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 shorter days, 2 extended days)

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Evaluation & Management: Assess and document patients’ strength, range of motion, and muscle performance to develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
- Ongoing Care: Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy in line with our clinic’s best practices, policies, and standards.
- Treatment Planning: Craft detailed treatment strategies that align with each patient’s unique goals and anticipated outcomes.
- Patient Independence: Focus on empowering patients to regain their independence and re-enter their daily activities confidently after completing therapy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, with a strong passion for hands-on care.
- Expertise in manual therapy and familiarity with EMR systems (preferably WebPT).
