Full-Time Physical Therapist – Be the Key to Patient Recovery

Join our dynamic orthopedic outpatient clinic as a Full-Time Physical Therapist. In this role, you’ll work closely with patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Your expertise and personalized care will make a real difference in their journey to recovery.

Position Highlights:

• Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with 3 shorter days, 2 longer days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients’ physical health, identifying limitations and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop individualized therapy plans that align with patients’ goals.
• Use a combination of therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Regularly track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Work in close partnership with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Expertise in manual therapy and comfort using EMR systems (WebPT).
