Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a dedicated Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team in the Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic. Salary:
- $70,000-$90,000 per year (depending on experience) plus full benefits
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients an hour
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
- Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
- Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
- Formulate individualized care plans using diverse therapeutic techniques.
- Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
- Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
- Active California state license as Physical Therapist Assistant
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
- Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
