Job Title: Phlebotomist II
Location: 1140 W La Veta Ave, Orange CA 92868
Contract: 6+ Months Contract (possible to extend or become permanent)
Shift: 1st Shift (8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday + Rotational Saturdays)
Max Rate: $ 29.70/Hr.
Job Summary
- Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- Direct contact with patients and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.
- Demonstrate Leadership Behaviours while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
Requirements
- Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
- Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
