Salary $165-200k

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of personal injury trials, including conducting legal research, preparing pleadings, and developing trial strategies.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding personal injury claims.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and settlement conferences.
  • Conduct depositions and interviews with witnesses and experts.
  • Prepare and present oral arguments in court.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all necessary documentation and evidence are obtained for trial preparation.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with an emphasis on trial work.
  • Proven track record of successful outcomes in personal injury cases.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
