Personal Injury Paralegal

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a dynamic law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. You will be responsible for managing case files, drafting documents, and ensuring that all deadlines are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all phases of personal injury litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Manage and organize case files and discovery documents.
• File documents with courts and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Prepare trial binders and exhibits.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries.
• Maintain client communication and support throughout the case lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in personal injury cases.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and litigation processes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.
