Requirements
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimization: Continuously test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels to maximize return on investment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
- A/B Testing: Implement and manage A/B tests to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and action plans.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in paid search and paid social roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
